TEAM OC gymnastics offers the highest quality gymnastics training available. We invite you to tour our 45,000 square foot, comprehensive state of the art facility located in sunny Southern California.
Team OC is an AAI approved International/Elite training center and with approximately 2,000 square feet of in ground trampolines and landing pits, we offer the athletes the safest learning environment possible. We offer competitive teams for USA-Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Levels 4-10. And our exclusive “I Coach” video feedback system strategically located at each of the 4 gymnastics events provides crystal clear recording of performances. With varying delayed playback modes, displayed on one of our 5-50 inch plasma televisions the athletes can readily view themselves in action.
It is our goal to motivate young people with a spirit to succeed in life and in sports. Our enthusiastic staff, led by Head Coach, Brent Gohres, are ready to share their love of the sport with your child, teaching them good character traits for life. Emphasis is placed on providing a safe and exciting learning environment by our caring athlete friendly coaches.
All of our competitive teams: Levels 4 - 10 follow the progressive rules and guidelines as implemented by the USA-Gymnastics program (National Governing body for age group gymnastics).
Our team staff is highly trained in gymnastics with decades of experience on hand. All safety-certified by USA Gymnastics, first aid and CPR certified and all have background checks.
