Each tumbling class is designed to teach proper body positioning and alignment through progressive drills and strength conditioning to ensure proper skill development to progress through each level.
Level 1-Entry level for front and back walk-overs, beginning of a back handspring
Level 2-Students who can do a back handspring (no spot), working on consecutive tumbling skill. Intro to back tucks
Level 3-Students who have their back tuck and are working layouts
Level 4-Students who have their layout and are progressing to fulls
Back Handspring Boot Camp-Students who are looking to learn the fundamentals of a back handspring (must have front/back walkover)
